The property was close to centro. Walking distance to everything.

The hotel is part of a very famous Restaurant on the same property, the hours were 9am - 9pm, so if you wanted to come back and rest, this was not an option as it was very loud. Also, the shower was very weak, I was not able to take a thorough shower with warm water. The bed, although very comfortable, on one side of the bed was indented from people sleeping in the same spot. They need to flip the mattress or rotate.

Location- close to the center but not in it. Private parking available. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff - great to us and great to our dog!

All is good - such a great value for your money! Little aside - I will say probably avoid the restaurant upstairs - we’ve tried it both times we stayed and both times, slow, unfriendly service, overpriced, meh food. There is such great food close by! And so much cheaper! (Highly recommend Mi Puebla Antigua or the food stalls when they’re out in the park!?)

Beautiful rooms in a quiet but central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Parking is a bit tricky. Wifi was not working when we stayed.

Room was lovely. Spacious Only negative for me was it looked like someone had tried to break into room. Area around lock was splintered

Great location within walking distance of the centroid of Puebla.

We booked the 'superior room' which looked more spacious than the standard room on all of the sample pictures provided on booking. The room we got was much smaller and exactly like the 'standard room' photos on booking. I had to negotiate a little bit with the receptionist and we finally got the 'king room' at the same rate. It still feels quite dishonest though.

What you don’t see in the photos: The terrace above is a very noisy restaurant with loud music, the room is smaller than it seems in the photos, there’s no airco and windows can’t open, the bathroom is small, only a trickle of warm water from the shower, the bed is way too soft, there’s a bar beside the hotel with loud music. The hotel shares the entrance with the restaurant so their guest can walk around the courtyard, which makes it unsafe. All in all not the best experience I’ve had.

The location was good. The room was a good size and comfortable. The room was clean and well attended. A fan was available to cool the room.

It would have been good to have a coffee machine. There was no room service. The attached restaurant was not at all pleasant. The room was quite noisy as the window gave on to the street.

Super friendly staff, amazing location close to center but it a quiet, nice neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby, comfy bed, a shower that did get hot after some time :), and quiet room, perfect for us and our dog. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel! Amazing rooms and courtyard.

After a 10-hour driving day, checking in was a nightmare. The office was closed when we arrived at 7pm and we couldn't get anyone to answer the bell. We had to enlist help from a couple of people from the restaurant upstairs. They were finally able to get the staff person to answer after about 45 minutes. Everything else after that was amazing.

Lovely location close to the centre of Puebla. You can ask reception to refill your water but they don't have a self service machine. The one thing I found annoying was their booking system constantly sending you messages before during and after the trip, and not allowing you to cancel.

- Uncomfortable bed- Shower smelled so strongly of drain cleaner it stunk up the whole room for all 3 nights. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and that only made a slight difference- No A/C- Curtains were thin/did not block out the light, and the hotel had strings of lights installed directly outside our window that flickered on and off all night

Great location, quiet and walkable to historic centre. Comfortable beds, all clean. Good, strong wifi. Check-out late at 12, could be extended by 1 hour. Nice, big room. Lamps by the bead. Nice courtyard..

This is the cutest hotel with rooms that are accessed from a lovely, colourful courtyard. It is worth staying here for that alone. The staff are also very friendly. The hotel is perfectly located just a couple of blocks from the central historic part of Puebla and nearby restaurants.

The only thing for us was the lack of hot water in the shower. We told the hotel staff and they apologized - hopefully others won't experience the same thing. One note - it also would have been helpful to have complimentary drinking water for the rooms.

The location was very nice colorful like an old hacienda and very traditional. Beds were very big and comfy.

There was a group of people at night talking and laughing very loudly and you could hear everything like they were right next your door. I tried to inform/contact the reception but no one replied or told them to stop.

Good location just out of the historic city center. The room was big and nicely decorated. The restaurant that is located on the rooftop of the hotel was very nice.

The room was super noisy. The street on the front has cobble stones and all cars that drive by make a lot of noise. So bring earplugs. The bed is very soft and the room was very cold, there was no way to heat it up a bit. Also almost no water pressure to shower.
